BALE Real Estate Services is a real estate company engaged in selling real estate properties in the Philippines particularly in Pampanga area. Formerly known as DLP Realty and Services, BALE Real Estate Services boast of its 25 years of combined solid real estate experienced which offers a wide range of real estate services to offer such as Property Selling, Buying, Lot Surveying, Transfer of Title processing and documentation, house construction, rental/leasing and Bank loan processing. Property Management will also be offered soon. Making the company a one stop shop real estate company. You name it, we got it.
BALE Real Estate Services was founded by Spouses, Dina Limin Palo and Rionell Anicete Palo. Both of which are a Licensed Real Estate Broker for more than two decades. Enriched with their work experiences from their previous property developer companies, BALE Real Estate Services have managed to offer almost all kinds of services in the real estate for its customers convenience.
BALE is a native term for house in Pampanga. It is the main reason why the founder chose to use the word because of their purely Kapampangan roots. BALE is focus in helping its customers not only in finding but in achieving the customers home of their dream.
